Note 2: All building permits must comply to the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (ACT 45).   Please check with the Borough Office to see if a permit is required for the work you are going to do since requirements change.

Note 4: Zoning Permit Application – for Sheds, decks, fences, etc and pools below 24 inches – diagram of work design including set backs are required for most permits submitted

Note 5: Building Permit Application –  required for Building, Plumbing, Electric, Mechanical, Swimming Pool, and Porch/Deck permits.  Electric permit applications MUST complete Electric Service information sheet.  (for buildings, pools over 24 inches in depth along with details of construction and electrical hookup, structural changes of home-diagram of work design including set backs are required for most permits submitted)
