What is the Borough’s Fee Schedule?
All fees must be paid when permits are submitted. Fees are non-refundable
Variance Hearing Fee – Zoning Hearing Board – $500.00 must be submitted with your request and the applicant shall pay the cost of any special services requested or deemed necessary by the Borough, including but not limited to attendance of a court reporter and preparation of a transcript and engineering or other professional services. (After hearing, all costs are tallied and if any portion of the $500.00 is unused, it is returned to the applicant.)
Sewer Hook On – (Authority Resolution – A2002-2)
Tapping/Connection Fee -At expense of property owner Inspection fee: $115.00/ Per Inspection
Water Hook On – (Authority Resolution – A2005-3)
Tapping/Connection Fee – $1317.75* (Tapping fee only-$781.00) Inspection fee: $105.80 – Only applies if Authority directs homeowner to install the connection from the Authority’s main to property line
Building Permit Fees – Plumbing and Electrical
All building permits are subject to an additional required fee of $4.50, under Act 13 of 2004

Upon application approval, fee of 1% of total project cost will be assessed and payment will be due at time of permit pick-up. $75.00 application fee will be applied against the amount due.
