Before proceeding, you will need your Borough of Royalton utility bill. You will need to know the amount you are paying for EACH utility.
Click the URL (PAY BILL), click the utility and enter the amount/information.
* Electric & Monthly Service charge – enter in Electric
* Refuse – enter in refuse
* Sewer – enter in sewer
* Water – enter in water
*Penalties: Bills have a 30 day net pay period. 10% penalty is added on or about the 10th of each month on any unpaid balance due at the end of the previous month.

Payments may be mailed or placed in the drop box in the front of our building.
CASH – Must be exact change.
CHECK/MONEY ORDERS– Must be completed with date, signature and written and numerical amounts must match or the check/money order will be returned. We do not accept post dated checks. We do not forgive late fees for any check that is returned.
The Borough charges $30.00 fee for any returned check.
