Burn Ban Lifted in Royalton Borough
Effective immediately, Mayor James Fry has lifted the temporary burn ban previously issued for Royalton Borough.
Recent weather conditions and consultation with local emergency management and fire officials have determined that the elevated fire risk has been reduced, making it safe to resume normal outdoor burning activities in accordance with all applicable local and state regulations.
Residents are reminded to continue exercising caution when conducting any outdoor burning and to never leave fires unattended. Burning should be conducted responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
The Borough thanks all residents for their cooperation during the burn ban and for helping protect the safety of our community.
