NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Royalton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will consider enactment of this Ordinance at a public meeting on, October 13, 2026, commencing at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Royalton Borough Building, 101 Northumberland Street, Royalton, Pennsylvania, 17057, or at a subsequent public meeting of the Borough Council.
A summary of the Ordinance is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 277
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF ROYALTON REGULATING THE FEEDING OF FREE-ROAMING ANIMALS; ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR COMMUNITY CAT MANAGEMENT; DECLARING CERTAIN CONDITIONS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT, ABATEMENT, AND PENALTIES.
A copy of the full text of proposed Ordinance 277 may be examined at the Borough Building, address as stated above, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:30 o’clock, a.m. and 4:00 o’clock p.m. prevailing time in the office of the Secretary of the Borough, and is also available at the Borough website, www.royaltonpa.com.
All residents, taxpayers, persons interested therein or affected thereby are invited to attend.
